The Pierce High Capacity Endotoxin Removal Resin combines porous cellulose beads and an FDA-approved food preservative, poly(ε-lysine), as an affinity ligand to selectively bind endotoxins. Endotoxin levels in protein samples are reduced by ≥99% in as little as 1 hour using our spin cup format, and protein recovery is ≥85%.
